LONG STAY
Prices for a
long stay are calculated based on several factors like: the
period of stay and the duration of the same.
Anyway we do not apply the dayly rate but
forfettarie rates to agree with the owners.
A stay of long duration from b&b Napoli
is extremely flexible, there are no anticipated money to pay,
you can enter end exit also in the half of the month also if
there are no exactly 30 days.
As an example for a stay of 40 days the rate
is negotiated for the month and for remaining the 10 days the
cost is estimated like if it were the third part of a month
the structure is recently opened, new flats, very clean
and and very fresh
As furnishing we choose parquet for the floor, nice
colors for the kitchen, nice entrance erveryone
indipendence, good for long or short stay
Location of this b&b is very confortable because is
close to the historical center, close we have the stop
of the underground, easy to reach walking the historycal
center with the Decumans streets and the churches

Roma street where is nice to walk and good for shopping
and easy to reach Plebiscito Square.
