For our customers, we can find agreements for long stays
or for a few months.
This possibilities is particularly
good because we can offer the privacy of a private
apartment so if you need to stay for a long period you
should need a house also for cooking, or for your
comfort, but usually to rent a house just for short
periods is not very easy, from us you can do this.
In our b&b there are all the comforts that you can have
in your private apartment. The size of each unit are
about 35 square metres, divided in two levels the living
room with a small kitchen and bathroom and a double
bedroom and a small dressing area.
The maximum capacity of every single apartment is of
four people, but for longer stays to ensure best comfort
we recommend not occupy the apartment in more than two
people. Inside of the apartments there is no a washing
machine therefore we recommend taking agreements with
the laundry in front of the building as specified in
link. |
