LONG STAY
Based on the requirements of our guests we can find agreements for
long stays also of some months.
Near our structure there are lots of comforts and also in the flat
you can have all the confort you can need.
The
dimensions of every unit are of approximately 35 mq and is divided
on two levels.
Flats
have:
- leaving room with fully equipped cooking place and double sofa
bed
- sleeping room with double bed, a small changing room and
bathroom with shower
Facilities
are: independent heating, air con, detector losses of gas, hot
water, fully equipped kitchen. TV, fridge.
Every apartment
is for max 4 persons, but for longer stays in order to guarantee a
greater comfort we advise not to occupy the apartment in more than
two persons.
For
long stays the major difficulty is that inside the apartments there
is not of a washing machine therefore we advises to take agreements
with the laundry just outside the building

the structure is recently opened, new flats, very clean
and and very fresh
As furnishing we choose parquet for the floor, nice
colors for the kitchen, nice entrance erveryone
indipendence, good for long or short stay
Location of this b&b is very confortable because is
close to the historical center, close we have the stop
of the underground, easy to reach walking the historycal
center with the Decumans streets and the churchs
Close to
Roma street where is nice to walk and good for shopping
and easy to reach Plebiscito Square.
