meet the needs of our customers we have maximum
flexibility:

moth payment in advance
· you
can also leave the residence at the middle of the month
· you
can take possession of the house also in the middle of the month
the
prices of a long stay be agreed upon for different factors including
the period of stay and the duration of the same.
For
example, for a stay of 40 days, we will agree the monthly rate and
for the remaining 10 days will apply a further 30% of monthly rate
agreed.
Price include:
• linen
•
towels
•
cleaning and weekly change of linen
•
consumption of light, water, gas
•
equipped kitchen
•
initial and final cleaning.
